Can I recover a deleted file? Once a file expires or is manually deleted, it is permanently removed from our servers. This is by design — zero-knowledge encryption means we cannot recover your data even if asked.
Is FileShot GDPR compliant? Yes. We collect minimal data, provide full data export and deletion capabilities, and our privacy policy details every piece of information we process. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — FileShot never sees your card details.
